My interior panels didnt line up correctly in the convertible but I finally just decided to live with it but ours is a driver so it didnt really matter that much. I will figure it out the next time I restore it .My 72 El Camino SS wasnt as bad except for the door panels were not assembled and they were a pain in the a$$ to get right .It took me three weeks just to do the door panels ,from now on all my door panels will be pre assembled.
