I was sent this via e-mail from Mrs. flash. I have 2 older girls, one who lives/works in Las Vegas and works crazy hours. And one who just moved to a burb of New York, with my grand daughter, and works in New York. Both are bartenders so the hours can be late at night and I worry about all of them.

I think this is a great list to post at an office for all the women to read, especially with the holidays coming.
