Do you have the following?

ENGINE
Fuel Pump
Fuel Pump Push rod
Fuel line from pump to carb
If Holley, carb fuel line kit
Thermostat Housing
Heater Hoses & clamps
Fittings for intake for heater hoses
Vacuum fitting for back of intake if necessary
Plugs, wires & distributor/coil
Throttle linkage brackets
Trans kick down bracket (if TH350)
PCV valve & hose
Breather for valve covers
Oil fill cap
Power steering? Pump, belt & lines
Exhaust (headers or manifold) gaskets & hardware
Starter

REAR
Gear oil x3 bottles
I have that same basic cover and when using the gasket mine seeped oil. I took it out and used a bead of sealant instead. Just an FYI.
I would get new rear wheel cylinders if you are replacing everything else in the brakes

Just a few items to think about.
