Oh, I was kinda hoping it had the 781 or 049s on it. How much do the different heads usually cost.

Pop a valve cover and check before taking my word for the gospel. But, the engine in my father's 72' was pulled from a 79' GMC 1 ton truck. It has the crappy peanut port heads on it. It runs ok, but could be a lot better with a head swap. I have a set of 66' oval ports set aside that I wanted to swap onto his car. (98cc) But, he has decided that he wants me to make it more factory for him. So, it will be getting a tweaked version of a stock LS5 cam. A set of 72' 241 casting heads (113cc), factory low-rise cast iron intake, exhaust manifolds, and the original Quadrajet carburetor.

Currently is has a cheap knock off aluminum intake, similar to an edelbrock performer rpm. A small cam, headers, and a holley 750 DP.
