Clearance issues are a common problem with headers, often around the upper a-arm. You can try to move the distribution block or ding the header in. Mark the header where you think it's hitting then remove the header. Support that tube on the opposite side. Lay a socket on the spot you marked then whack it with a hammer. That's the most common way of solving the problem.
