You've gone through the engine harness, there's not much to it. Don't know about your forward light harness. I reworked both of mine when I installed a new gauge dash, did not replace. As Ray said the interior harness should be in better shape since it's not exposed to the heat and elements. If it looks to be in good shape I would move on to the engine.

If there is an issue with either the engine harness or forward light harness they're easy enough to replace with the engine installed. Of course if you have the money and want new, now would be the time.
