How do I tell if a Concours

From the looks of the car, it has the carpeted lower door panels, rear seat correct to Concours but the front has been changed to bucket seats. All the exterior moldings and emblems have been removed and are not available. So not sure if i should get it and try to return it to a Concours or just build it to a nice Chevelle, or skip this one and keep searching for something unique. Gonna do a little more research to see what parts are available.
