Your right about the DC traffic, it is a nightmare. Moving from Annapolis to New Bern NC is a whole lot easier. But then again, you have to contend with senior citizen drivers, like me. My father-in-law who drove up to the age of 94, in Florida, was asked if he had been in any accidents, he answered no but, he didn't know how many he had caused.
