Given for the fact I put the building up about 5 years ago, the building itself, just the steel, was just over $9,500. Concrete and steel reinforcement was about $6,500+ and lumber and siding about another $2,000. 9 x 10 ft rollup doors another $1,000. Total 5 years ago approximately $18-$19 thousand. I'm sure the building along with concrete and steel reinforcement, wire and bar have all gone up. I have my '71 4x4 truck, '71 Chevelle and a '86 Monte Carlo Luxury Sport inside. Also gas/acetyline cart, 16 horse Lincoln arc welder/generator, 48" ZTR, pushmower, work bench, beer fridge, floor jack (2) and tool boxes. 35 x 50 isn't big enough but have to make it work. If wanting a living space, definetly you would want a 40 x 60 I would think.
