Yes on the bathroom. I'll put a 3/4 bath in the shop, two full baths in the house. There will be a 6' whirlpool tub in one of them.
They do all the roof framing that is possible on the ground, then use a crane to set the trusses. I've never seen it done that way, but they build a bunch of these post and beam buildings that way. Doug says everything that they have done so far looks very good. He is real picky too, so that is a good sign. So far, they are ahead of schedule.
