I believe the frost line here is 42". There will be plenty of frozen water lines under roads that have been cleared, freeze will go a lot deeper with no snow, pavement and the hard packed dirt. We have a well and the line comes into the basement about 5' below grade, that plus close to 20" of snow on the ground we should be okay. Can't even see the well head, it's out there somewhere but not visible anymore.
