Finally found the problem at 10 pm tonight. I have spent hours searching for the problem. It was as far away as it could be. Ended up being on the third floor of the house in the attic. When the attic fan and light was installed over 10 years ago, the hot lead that was tapped into was the living room circuit. Found a loose wire in the switch to the attic fan, which was the hot lead to the living room. What a pain in the $$$ to find.
