Finished with work early, dropped by and ended up stripping the driver's side quarter panel.

To say that I am upset is an understatement. When my father owned the car, he was very ill from a heart surgery gone wrong. He paid someone to do the bulk of the bodywork. The guy is a hack, and basically got paid to waste time and materials. And in the process, F up my car.

Here are a few pictures. In some spots, the filler was at least 1/4" thick... slopped on top of a new panel! Also, it looks like he hit the panel with the tip of a body hammer a few inches below where it was welded on. It's a warped mess, and I am unsure if it can be saved. I am contemplating weather or not I will have to cut it off and start over.
