I'm deep into installing a 5.3L / 4L60E into our '67 Camaro right now.
Engine/trans out of a wrecked '02 Silverado w/102K miles. Paid $600 complete. Too bad but I've already sold the 350 /700R that was in this car. Easy swap !!! Using the stand alone FiTech induction system and a Tanks Inc fuel setup. Andy Key did the heads. Probably 425 hp and damn near 30 mpg highway in this light Camaro.
