Anyone here had back surgery?

I probably had between 1-3 courses of physical therapy every year for 13 years. It helped for a while until the last year. I never took any drugs stronger than ibuprofen. They make me feel horrible. I couldn't even do muscle relaxers. But every back injury is different. Do what your PT tells you and hopefully you'll feel better. Good luck.
