Lots of bicycles are still made in the USA but they are higher end bicycles. Trek is made right here in Wisconsin, and is the countries largest maker. The only frames that are honestly made in this country now though are the high end OCLV carbon fiber frames, I have one I ride everyday. All the bikes are still assembled in Wisconsin though regardless of where the parts are made. Several other makers are still in country as well.
