Not exactly a photo..but a sketch

OK, So maybe this isn't an actual photograph, but it is an awesome sketch of my car. I actually got this sketch done because of grandsport.

It all started because over at Audiokarma.org we raise money to adopt families for the holidays. One of the ways that we raise money is by having the members auction off different items. One of the items that was auctioned off was a sketch of your car. Now once I found out that the sketch was being auctioned I started bidding, well so did grandsport, and ultimately he won it.

I was really bummed, for me, but very happy for grandsport cause I know how much he loves his car. Not long after the auction ended I received an PM from grandsport telling me that he wanted to give me the sketch as my Secret Santa gift. I was absolutely stunned that he would do that for me. And along the way I have sent Gary updates on how the sketch was progressing and asked his input. Now not everyone would have done what I asked Aaron (the artist ) to do. But I have always liked the artwork that showed different views of cars.

So, after asking Aarons permission to post this in public, I am posting a link so that everyone can see what a wonderful gift I will be receiving from my Secret Santa.

I forgot to mention the print is awesome .What size is it ,I may want one after my budget recovers from my truck project.

You deserved it Nancy for all the work you did to help those familes! It made me feel good that you got it because knowing how much you wanted it,I could not live with the guilt feelings. Thanks for the kind words.

To be honest, I don't exactly know how big the sketch is. Aaron told me that if I want a digital version he will send it to me so that I can do anything I want. I am going to have to dig through my PM's over at AK to find a link to Aaron's site that shows some of the other art that he has done.

flash, as far as size, he has said that he would/could do artwork in any size you want. Send him an e-mail and just ask him. He is really nice.
