Drove the wagon round trip this weekend to/from the Carolina Chevelle club show held @ Hendricks Motorsports facility...618 miles round trip.
Car ran perfect...an amazing 18.3 MPG on the caravan trip up on Friday.

Good luck Shaun, the warranty on the steering wheel runs out as soon as the Car sees daylight. Ha

Well that's at least a little longer than the warranty on clocks!

Good luck Shaun.

Today I pulled all the front sheetmetal off to replace the panels and pull the rest of the body off so I can sand and paint the frame.

Well I pulled the drivers side fender off and found something that made my stomach turn into knots. Not only is the frame bent but whoever tried to fix it did a really crappy job and didn't even put everything back....

That cowl is rough, time to grab a new panel. The thing that concerns me about the frame is weather or not it was straightened properly. Other than that, it looks unsightly.

Well I'm gonna call the frame shop tomorrow and see when he can get it in. Other times I've used him, he's wanted the front sheetmetal on to give him some reference points. If it's not fixable I've found a few of frames within about 150 miles on craiglist anywhere from 600-1k
