Powerglide vs th350
I am keeping the 307ci that came stock in my 1972. The motor was mated to a powerglide. I am not sure if I should keep the powerglide or sell it and go for a turbo 350? From what I understand the swap is pretty easy.
I'm curious how the powerglide is for just a 307 cruiser/driver? I'm not going for hot rod. Most likely keeping it 2 barrel as well. I was told that the powerglide would make a great tranny for around town and accasional short highway trips. With a higher stall converter. Any experiences?
