::sigh:: It's not looking good, the car "sold" almost two weeks ago, still no payment. Haven't heard from the buyer in almost a week. Pretty much preparing for the worst right now.

Bill, the car "sold" for $8200 on eBay. The fees, which I haven't paid yet, add up to about $145... so figure in reality I was getting a hair over $8K for the car. I have a local guy with an open offer for $7500. I don't like the guy or his tactics, but basically that's the lowest offer I have on the car right now. If I really wanted it gone, I could call him tomorrow and he would come get it. I really can't take any less, I am into the car for close to $12K. I bought it from my folks to help them pay off some medical bills and free them from the costs & maintenance associated with an old car.
