This is like last summer. Hardly drove the Chevelle all summer because it was so hot.

It was 92 here today, with the humidity it was just miserable outside. You couldn't even go outside and stand in the shade without dripping with sweat. There's a heat advisory for tomorrow through Thursday. What the hell was this, a cool front? Heat index was around 100.

Guess we lucked out a little. A thunderstorm just rolled through, power went out a couple times for a few seconds. Fortunately it came back on, can't run the AC off the generator. Guess we could start the generator in the motorhome and sleep in there, not my first choice though.

I needed to get something done, even with this heat. So I must have had a brain fart cause I decided to go to the Laundromat and wash my car cover. Not that it wasn't hot enough outside, inside the Laundromat it was 85 degrees and the humidity was off the chart. Then I get home, and here come the thunderstorms....really ????

Going to be 90 here tomorrow and most of the week. Looks like 88 on Sat for our club show. No rain in sight.

Ray, I wish we could have sent you some of our rain. And to see the rain causing flooding in Arizona is so sad.

Weather her in Michigan has been nice the past few days. I have been watching the weather as the NOCC show is first weekend in August. Last I looked it could be cloudy with a chance of rain on Saturday. Keeping my fingers crossed for nice weather.

July here is going in the record books as the driest month on record. Only a trace of rain back around the first of the month. Still no rain going into August. Have several fires burning across the state now.
