Thumbs down 72 Chevelle Malibu Wheels Question

This is my first time posting,

I have a 72 Malibu Chevelle all original that I wanted to change the wheels and tires on. They came stock with 14 inch wheels and I am planning on staying with this size, but wanted to go to a wider tire.

235/70r14 Goodyear or Cooper Tires are what I am looking at, my current rims are not wide enough to support these tires...here is my rookie question...

What amount of "setback" (assuming any is needed) is needed on the 14X7 rim I want to buy so that the tires don't extend out of the wheel well or rub on the inside?

Is a 14X7 wheel the right width for this size tire?
I have attached a picture for the look I am going for on my Malibu (someday mine will look just like this sweet ride)
