I made the same mistake on my Nova. It's a cast iron flywheel with a clutch mounted on it. I also torqued them to 45 lbs. ft. ...11 years ago and I even drag raced my car. No issues. The difference between 45 lbs. ft. and 60 lbs. ft. is about 5 degrees of rotation. Nothing to really worry about.
