As much as I hate Ethanol, this is probably its one positive feature... Ethanol in your gas will absorb the moisture and dillute/disperse it so it will burn up rather than collecting in the low spots. You just have to make sure the ethanol content is greater than the water content, otherwise it'll separate from the gas and cause even more problems.
