Thought some of you might find this interesting.
The hydoboost on my C3 exploded last weekend at Road Atlanta. Thankfully not while on track but in the paddock with the hood up and the engine off. It sounded like a shotgun went off when it happened. I was under the rear of the car looking at my half shafts and thought the front tire popped. Crazy...  When the cylinder blew off, it had enough force to crack the reinforced section of the hood completely through and spider the paint on the top side
