The 350 will bolt in just the same as a 307... For the TH350 I can't remember if the driveshaft needs to be shortened or not. I did that swap in a '66 a few years ago, but can't remember if I had to do that. It bolted in just fine, but I had to modify the shifter linkage. I don't know which style of linkage the later PGs have, so you may or may not need to do that.
