Done right, I would estimate value at $10-15k? Maybe more depending on quality of restoration.

Cost to get it to that point with no motor, trans and assuming interior needs completely redone.....20-30k? If you do every single thing on the car yourself you might pocket $1k....

Just round-about guessing though.
