How we can remove broken bolt removal problem in the vehicles? Is there any particular company which can provide these type of services?

Most any auto repair shop should be able to remove a broken bolt.

Try an easy out, of weld a nut to it if you are able to.

Where are you located and what do you do that you need to hire a "firm" to do nothing but remove broken bolts?! It sounds to me that you need to hire more qualified workers so you don't have that many broken bolts.
In any case, I have a small hotrod shop out here in Missouri. For $25 per bolt, I'll remove all the broken bolts you want. (you remove the part and bring it to me)
