In other news, I did get a rather nice package yesterday so may be that counteracts the negative voodoo from my oil pan fix.

Very nice looking set up.

I am hoping to drive my car this weekend, for the last time of the season. I have made arrangements to drop my car off at storage late next week.

Took the car over to a small cruise in at a local burger place this evening. First time I have drove it home in the dark. Everything worked well on it.

I really wanted to take my car to a wedding shower I had to go to today for my niece. But my mom called and asked if I would drive her. My mom has never ridden in my car, and I didn't feel that a 20 mile trip would be something that she would enjoy. So bummer for me.

So have you removed all the stripes off your car? I see you still have the ralley wheels still on.

Shipped off my alternator today for rebuild/restoration. They say four week turn around, it will be there Tuesday. So, when I get it back - should be healed up enough to install it.

Right now, all I have left to buy is a battery and some lube for the Muncie. Will have to shell out some cash for a front end alignment and the exhaust system once it is running.
