I gained 20lbs while on workmans comp, haven't lost an ounce yet. I have changed what I eat, and the amount. I thought for sure I would have lost 2-3lbs by now. Went to an Italian restaurant today, I wanted a pizza in the worst way. But, I settled for a small meatball parm sub and didn't eat half of the bread. I left there hungry.
