Mestorod, Thanks, I'm sure in no time yours will be finished. While working on it, it seems like it's never going to end but when it does it's very satisfying knowing you did it.

Are you asking what I used for paint to seal the panel? If so, I just used a two part epoxy primer and a semi-gloss enamel on some stuff.

Thats what i was thinking too.
epoxy prime on the inside of the quarter and weld thru primer where needed.
Btw did yours have a round yellow blob of somthing used as a spacer in the upper part of the quarter...what did you use to replace it.
