Question anybody know about these

I was at a car show and saw a 69 Chevelle like mine with a black plate in between the grill area and the radiator. It covered that hole where you can stick your arm down in front of the radiator. Does anyone know what this is called and where i can get one, it makes the car look a lot sleeker and i am dying to get one of these for my 69.

They also help your car run cooler by directing the air through the radiator instead of allowing it to pass over the top of it.

I don't have one yet, but I will...

I really like that. It would definitely have to help direct air. I think I could probably make that for alot cheaper.
