Default Camshaft seal replacement

I have a 283 with a leaking camshaft plug located at the rear of the engine block. The engine is out of the car and on the stand and can see where oil has been leaking from.
Can anyone tell me how to remove the camshaft plug without having to remove the camshaft ? Any tricks to this ?
Thanks again.

It is basically just a freeze out plug. Get a dent puller for auto body. Drill a hole in it. Screw the slide hammer in and pop it out. Just be sure to carefully clean the shavings out once it is out.
